First of all, we'd like to sincerely thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are actively looking for ways we can improve, so thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We'd like to start of by apologising for our staffs behaviour; especially when they spoke in a language you do not understand. We acknowledge how this experience could have made you feel uncomfortable and disrespected, and for this we truly apologise.

We'd also like to kindly clarify that there was no intent to laugh or judge at the chosen nail design. At that moment, the technicians were discussing the technique and calculating a price in order to provide you an accurate quote for the requested design. However, we failed to communicate this with you which led to a misunderstanding and for this we take full responsibility.

We sincerely apologise for the negative experience you had with us today. We will be taking this matter seriously, to ensure a more professional level of communication between staff and clients. Thank you for your honest feedback, this experience is not at all what we aim to provide for our clients. We'd love for you book with us again in the future and have you leave with an entirely contrasting view of the salon.

We don't want you to feel ignored! we understand why you are upset but unfortunately after a while in the sun the acrylic does change colour if you don't want this happening i would personally recommend BIAB lovely.
