Google Normally don’t complain but was there for 2 hours getting an acrylic Infill. Prices falsely advertised and shoddy service- polish all messy and skin cut too short on 3 nails that it bled! Had to get it filed into shape numerous times as all pointing in random directions! Will have to file myself at home and sort out 🙃

Google I have used this nail bar for years but today my nails were done by a different technician( male, wearing glasses). Im in a lot of pain, he filed/ cut them too close, didnt understand instructions, nails are too thick and wide, different shapes, he got the nail polish on my finger and tried to scrape it off v harshly when dry, using a blade of a nail clipper then his dirty fingernail! I chose to.leave before my nails were finished and will have to go to another nail bar to have them put right. Also the manager's young son was wandering round close to clients and lying on the benches, clearly v poorly with "a high temperature" we were told. This place has gone down in standards and I won't be returning.
