Highly recommend Hollywood nails, was my first time here today as I normally use the nail bars local to me in Leicester but seeing as I was in the area I thought I’d give here a try. The lady who did my nails and toes did them absolutely perfect, she was so sweet. Great customer service, very quick (but no rushed) compared to other shops I’ve used, great application of BIAB. Think I will be making the effort to drive up here more often to have my nails done! thank you Hollywood nails x

By far the best nail salon around!! Always such a lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff!! After almost 3 years every single set of nails I have had have been incredible but these are my favourite so far 😍 Inspired by the character Poison Ivy to match my fancy dress outfit for my 30th! I have received so many compliments!! I am obsessed!!

First time ever getting my nails done so I just asked for natural pink BIAB on my own nails, got exactly what I wanted and I think they’re really cute, service was polite and friendly and they were done really quickly!

The salon seemed busy and there were others waiting for a little while as there were clearly extra walk ins between booked appointments, but I didn’t have any issues and i was in and out in about 40 minutes!

first time bisoans was super excited to get some nails I designed myself and they came highly recommended from a friend of mine. unfortunately the nails came out terrible, shape and length was lovely but, design was completely wrong even after providing close ups of said designs. overall I'm really disappointed and consider it a waste of money :// wouldn't reccomend for designs but otherwise okay

Bad customer service. Booked an appointment the owner wrote it down then I turn up 3 weeks later and she said no not got your appointment!!
you wait or come back at 3pm
Not very impressed!!
Too busy to care , I’ve been going there regularly for years and not going to bother again !! Bad attitude

Very rude, very very rude customer service. They don't smile.
I tried to suggest darker colour, the lady said "no, this is correct, my shop, I know".
I've been there 3 times, because it's the closest. Yes, their work is good. But, I've come out with the most uncomfortable feeling everytime.
Even the regulars don't talk or smile once they enter the salon.
They ask some to come on certain time "appointments", but if you call to make appointment, they'll just tell you to come.
I went thinking that's my appointment slot. The main lady kept calling other ladies who came after me, and very rudely and loudly said " you did not make appointment, you wait"
I waited for an hour, then I decided to leave.
NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN

Went in at 11.10 came out at 2.40
Gentlemen caught finger when filing and didn’t have a clue about ombré nails
When i said it didn’t look ombré he said he doesn’t have the colour I wanted and said all over colour
At that point I had lost the will
Unhappy with overall finish , mis shaped and uneven !!
