Google Had a really great experience at this beauty salon for my waxing appointment. My therapist were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The salon itself was clean, hygienic, and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
My therapist was professional and friendly, and she made the whole process as quick and painless as possible. She also checked in throughout to make sure I was okay, which I really appreciated.
I’m very happy with the results—everything was done thoroughly and with great care. I would definitely recommend this salon for waxing and will be coming back again❤️❤️

I just wanted to share this review about Shakuntla. She is a fabulous lady who takes the time and patience to take care of you. I have had several appointments with her as I trust her abilities. She even cut my husbands hair as he had longer hair and that was perfect.
I cannot recommend her enough. She is great :)

Google I am very disappointed with my 11 year old daughter’s haircut on Saturday. She only wanted a simple trim, but unfortunately her hair has been completely messed up. I chose this salon based on reviews, so this experience was especially disappointing. £45 for a wash, cut, and blow dry feels unreasonable given the outcome.

Hi Kiran, thank you for your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear that you and your daughter feel disappointed, especially as this was meant to be a special birthday visit.
Following your appointment, I’d like to clarify that a full consultation was carried out at the start. We discussed and agreed on a wash, cut, and restyle rather than a simple trim, including front framing, giving your daughter a pampering experience that she wanted. Throughout the service, I checked in at each stage to ensure both you and your daughter were happy with the length and style, and everything was agreed as we progressed.
Your daughter’s hair is long and thick, which requires additional time, products and work to achieve a finished restyled look. As per our salon policy, pricing can vary depending on hair type and the service provided, which is why the £45 charge reflected a full wash, cut, and blow dry/restyle rather than a basic trim.
I take pride in my work as a senior stylist and would never intentionally leave a client unhappy. That said, I’m genuinely sorry that this is how you feel about the result. I would really welcome the opportunity to invite you back to the salon so we can review the haircut together and make any adjustments if needed.
