I’ve been to many salons before but GS nails is truly one of the best. The staff is welcoming, the salon is spotless, and they really take their time to make sure your nails look flawless. Pricing is fair and the service quality is top-notch. I’m very happy and will be a loyal customer

ive never officially had my nails done here as they are so rude and the customer service is so shockingly poor i went a few months ago sat waiting in the salon for another lady to just push in front and none of the staff said one word they just allowed it to happened so which i walked out and didn’t even give it the time of day i have called up today to enquire on a service to be asked 2x what I wanted which i explained i then had no explanation and was cut off the call bare in mind i was nothing but polite i would avoid this place at all costs they are so rude and no bothered in the slightest about customers!

I have been going to DS Nails in the concourse for my feet (Pedicure & Nails polished) my fingers (Biabs polished) and my brows excellently tinted) for almost a year now. Nothing personal but I prefer a woman to do my treatments and Kelly is absolutely amazing. I fully recommend this place 👍🙂

Went in for an infil for a French and got told it was £38, came to the prep of my nails and they kept catching the electric file on my natural nail, they did this multiple times before I asked them to be careful to which they told me they wasn’t doing anything wrong, they again caught my natural nail and I asked them to please be careful as they keep catching me and it’s hurting, the man then told me to leave with half filed nails.
Would not recommend

I’ve been here now for a few months after a different nail salon unfortunately filed my nails too narrow making them all snap. When I got to the salon the staff were very helpful, well trained and educated. We both agreed I needed to cut my nails off and start again. I’ve been back regularly and my nails are back to the length I like and they’re very strong! I’ve always had a really pleasant experience here and I won’t go anywhere else to get my nails done. A very clean, tidy, organised nail salon with brilliant staff. Couldn’t recommend them anymore!

What poor customer service. My 16 year old daughter went in today and asked for a biab refill and small file as her natural nails are very long (1.25cm approx). My daughter’s nails are uneven lengths and filed to approx 0.5cm. When my daughter said she was unhappy with the end result and did not want to pay full price (baring in mind she was still offering to pay £25) she was told not to come back. Not even ‘what can we do to help resolve your issue’ simply ‘don’t come back’. This is absolutely shocking customer service to treat anyone let alone a well mannered and very upset 16 year old! Needless to say she won’t be going back and I seriously advise others to think twice before attending this establishment.

Wow, best nail salon in skem! Went for the first time today and I was so impressed with the pure talent and the price better than I expected, I’m making sure I have enough money for a tip next time I’m so impressed with the lady who did them ❤️
