This nail bar is the best around, I have been using them for 2 years and the staff and service are excellent. The quality of finish is incredible and they are extremely accommodating. I cannot speak highly enough of them.

I wouldn’t recommend comimg in here they are so rude i get face pulled at me and bad energy I had an appointment booked and got seen an hour later then everyone went upstairs i also used a translator to see what they were saying as I find it disrespecting everyone and there was so many vile things they were saying horrible!!!!!

New to the area and this salon was recommended to me, had an infill with pink acrylic and white tips, the guy paid a lot of attention to detail and the end result was perfect and quick too! (an added bonus). The staff are not chatty but they are friendly and polite enough. Only went to 4 stars because the salon could do with some TLC, but overall happy to have found a salon that does exactly what I wanted.

Amazing service, i walked in at lunch time today to see if they could fit me in at 5:30 when i finished work and they did. They closed at 6 but stayed open to do my nails for me. Great service and Lovely nails! 100% recommend.

Do not use this salon. Look at the quality of how my biab was done. I had bubbles on every nail and my french tip has been done very messily. Also black bits on one nail...I asked for a refund less than what I paid as I can't go back as I'm going on holiday tomorrow but they won't even refund me. This is not the first time I've had to complain about my nails, so I won't be going back.

I went to this salon for the first time to get a set of plain pink acrylic nails and unfortunately had a very bad experience.

I quickly realised that the man doing my nails did not understand what I was asking for due to a language barrier, and he repeatedly misunderstood what I wanted. It also became clear that he was in training, however I was never informed of this beforehand or asked for my consent for a trainee to work on my hands.

The appointment took around two hours for a very basic set, during which my cuticles were cut multiple times to the point where my fingers were bleeding and painful. He also began doing a completely different style than what I had requested. The acrylics were applied unevenly, and the nails were visibly wonky and not straight.

When it came to payment, I was charged £5 more than the price listed, despite the service taking twice as long and being carried out by someone who was clearly practising.

After only one week, the nails began to fall off and in the process took part of my natural nail with them. I am now left with severe damage to my nail beds, no natural nail on some fingers, and an infection that required a hospital visit.

This experience has caused me physical pain, damage, and distress. I would not recommend this salon.

Didn’t listen to what I wanted. Felt very rushed. Nails hurt after. Wouldn’t recommend for £35 acrylics. Heard him being very rude to an elderly customer. Won’t be returning.

Iam over the moon with my full pedicure and gel toe nails. They did such a good job and I literally have no dry skin on my feet anymore ❤️ I never treat myself to anything like this but Iam definitely going to start going there regularly.

Fantastic! Fitted me in straight away for wedding nails. Then my daughter had a disaster at another nail salon just before she was going to be married and they fit her in too straight away when I rang them. We are all pleased with our fabulous nails. Never had my nails done before but would certainly go back to them. Thank you
