Most recently I have reviewed regarding this nail salon and I think it is only right I update. We had been going to a salon for 6 years and decided to try someone different closer to home that we felt comfortable with. On going to a professional nail tech today who has also got 20 years teaching experience of nails she has removed my mums Biab from The Pamper Room Clitheroe in order to put a fresh set because as per previous post we looked elsewhere as we weren’t happy with Rachel work. On removing my mums Biab it clearly shows in the photos that my mum has ended up with nail lift which has rotted and could fall off if treatment is placed on top again. As per the photo this has not just happened overnight as it has gone far up the nail bed. My concern is to say Rachel is a professional nail tech why on earth would she put anything on this.
Today my mum has had all nails done apart from this one because there is a risk the nail will drop off.
It has taken another nail tech/tutor to notice this and she stated she is not going to risk it.

Many customers go to this salon and praise the techs but do you really know what they are doing to your nails if she worked over this and missed it?
This is a thing that’s happened over months and months yet this nail tech put product on it.

I am extremely concerned now that my mums nail will get infected.
I am bringing this to people’s attention that book in at this salon as I have with the owner and I’m hoping she will now learn from this and get a better understanding of nails or more training because this is absolutely not acceptable by any standard.
Don’t go by thinking she’s done my nails for year and there’s never a problem. Look at your nails before she puts products on.I guess we are all guilty of not doing that but when your paying for a service you expect them to check the nails thoroughly,not put products on and just take money off people especially OAPS.

I most certainly would not recommend this salon to anyone but to anyone who would and does trust Rachel please be more attentive to your nails and what is being done.

We booked in both mother and daughter and expected to pay for a decent set of nails. To say I am absolutely heartbroken at the mess of my nails is an understatement. I have messaged on Friday evening to cancel further appointments only to be told I should have said something salon not very professional from someone who is supposed to be trained in nails to let a customer go away with nails looking like this. I appreciate she has a lot of customers who return but for me because we weren’t regular it was a slap dash job. To pay £40 for a set of nails that look like this is very disheartening.
We will not return and wouldn’t recommend this salon at all. The attitude of we have no space to sort your nails out or we don’t do refunds and I will no longer be replying to your messages. I shouldn’t have to say anything your the trained nail tech so you tell me is you think this is acceptable for a set of Biab. Shocking

Visited the Pamper Room today. Thanks to Rachel who spent additional time to fix my damaged nails. They are now looking amazing. Highly recommend and will rebook again soon

I had a lovely facial with Rachel. The products smelt amazing and I left feeling relaxed with soft smooth skin which is still feeling great after several days. This was a wonderful treat and I will definitely be booking again!
Rachel also does my nails on a regular basis and her attention to detail is fantastic, she always makes me feel welcome and at ease during my appointments.

Been going to Rachel for BIAB since March. I'll never go anywhere else. She's super easy to talk to and is absolutely amazing at what she does. My nails have never been stronger or healthier.

Rachel is a true professional and talks you through every part of the process. As well as being very thorough the treatment. She has created a lovely welcoming environment at the salon. I had the lash lift and brow tint and wax, both of which were brilliant. Thank you Rachel see you again soon xx

This was my first visit to the Pamper Room but I had booked my second before I left. Lauren was lovely and I loved my feet getting a pamper, all ready for my upcoming holiday - hands next 😀
