I came here to get my nails done for my upcoming birthday, but unfortunately it turned into a disappointing experience. The technician’s skills felt inexperienced, the products didn’t seem great, and I wasn’t happy with the final design.

Some people might ask why I didn’t speak up more at the time, but my nails had already been removed and redone two or three times. At that point, I didn’t feel it would make a difference to continue.

What really surprised me was that my nails were cut without confirming the shape and length I wanted first, which was quite shocking.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be coming back.

Very rude service! I’ve been going here for 2 years for pedicures. Usually very nice but today kept me sitting with my feet in water for 15/18 minutes whilst they did other things Didn’t say that was going to be the case otherwise I would have come back. When I asked if any one was going do nails or his long it would be no answer so i dried my feet and started to leave stating I wasn’t really wanting to be kept waiting like that- then pièce de résistance one if the beauticians said out loud “ don’t come back here” !!! Gaslighting and ridiculous to blame poor service on the customer and behave so rudely! Trust me I won’t be back lady!

My feet used to be in really bad shape, but since I came to this shop for a pedicure, one of the girls here has made them so clean and soft. The staff are incredibly enthusiastic and friendly. I’ll definitely be a regular here!"

This place sometimes has issues with nail technicians who are still in training, however if you find an experienced technician you will get a very good service! There’s a lovely lady there called ‘An’ that does my nails and they have been perfect every time :)

Absolutely mortified at what a terrible experience I've just had, both manicure and pedicure needs to be redone elsewhere due to substandard products,terrible customer care and blatant cheek of talking about myself whilst sitting there.
After blaming me and my makeup ( wasnt wearing any) for their products mottling, then id been touching my face ( she still had hold of my hand!!??) beind rude, obnoxious and impatient at me trying a couple of colour's ( guy got up and moved customers) because YET AGAIN they diddnt have the GENERIC one i wanted. They then preceeded to make me feel like it was a me problem.
I was a loyal customer. Never ever again.

my bad experience from last 10 years Lady done my eye brow and upper lips and she peeled my skin off very bad from upper lips and some blood came out
Very unprofessional so no body should go there
When I complain her she said oh your skin is very soft
But I am using wax for my upper lip from last 10 years I never experience this kind of problem
She don’t even say sorry she start making excuses
So I you don’t want any problem please don’t go there

Don't do it. The service is terrible. They'll tell you made-up waiting times that are unrealistic. Then you'll be sat in a chair where they'll work on you for 10-15 minutes before your nail tech leaves to start someone else and you're sat waiting for another 10-15 mins for another person to come. They don't fully remove the colour before, they're uneven, don't match and the quality is awful. I paid £40 for a gel set and they split/broke within a week. They were mismatched and probably one of the worst nail experiences I've had in over 10 years. 8 chairs for 4 technicians and no sense of customer care or satisfaction at all. If you point out imperfections or issues, they'll just ignore you or tell you to "trust the process" and never fix it. Incredibly frustrating and not worth the money with much better salons close by. Disappointing and definitely do not recommend. They'll rush to get you in a seat and then it'll be quite some time before you are going to be done. 2 1/2 hours.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My sister and I were in there for over two and a half hours, and it was a complete disaster. We are nice girls and never find a reason to complain and also don’t like correcting people and just let them do their job, but it was such a bad experience I have to write this. First off, we didn't even get the nail designs we asked for, and the color was completely wrong – nothing like what we wanted. We repetitively mentioned the color and design we wanted and got ignored until finally, said it back in the tone they were talking to us in and they finally listened.

The technician was so rough. He used the nail file and actually hit our hands with it when he wanted to file another nail, instead of asking politely to have our other nail. Then, when he was using the nail clippers, he cut my finger so deep I screamed to the point everyone stared at me. There were hardly any apologies, and the ones we did get felt totally insincere. To make it worse, they were laughing and talking in their own language, like they didn't care, even coming over and staring at our nails like they were making fun of them.

They were also really pushy, constantly shoving our hands around instead of asking politely. My sister waited ages while six people were seen before her.

Honestly, the whole experience was awful. It's overpriced, and we'll definitely never be going back. Avoid this place!

Salon is lovely BUT myself and a friend got a toe nail fungus last time nails were done.
This is the second time this has happened so it's no coincidence so for that reason I will find another salon to do my nails
