Google 18 year old daughter had her hair cut here last week. Booked in for a senior stylist. Paid £40 for hair cut by Emma. Long layered hair. Asked for shoulder length (on shoulders) with layers. The result was appalling. I have had to trim off all the uneven sections and lengths that are significantly longer than others. Some lengths left were over 2 inches longer. She has been given a blunt cut with no layers. The partial thinning out massacred her hair, leaving random strands on the right side only. When tied back in a pony tail, the hair is a solid brush block with tatty lengths. Photos show hair following wash and in pony tail. This is our second experience with this hair salon, our elder daughter had an equally terrible experience which, unfortunately, we thought was a one-off. I would not recommend this salon...if this is the result from a senior stylist, I dread to think of the result produced by a junior stylist!
