I have been to Contours Day Spa for over 20years and I travel 80 Miles round trip for my treatments which is testament itself. All the team are friendly and professional always making me feel special, thank you for that . I want to mention Lesley in particular, she shows interest in her clients personally and nothing is too much trouble for her. I cannot recommend Contours enough, keep up the good work ladies

I had hoped for a better visit, hence this will be my last. The last pedicure I had was dreadful so I had hoped to talk to Lesley about it as I was bitterly disappointed. However I didn’t get the opportunity as Lesley was having staff issues and over sharing her problems with me. As I’m always happy to listen, the conversation was overpowering and hastened to move onto my size. I had hinted to Lesley that I was feeling vulnerable & uncomfortable but she failed to read the room. I was feeling overwhelmed, embarrassed & very stressed as she continued to comment on my being very large, fat but firm. I really couldn’t get her to listen. Professionalism and attention to detail was not there at all.

Another wonderful relaxing day at Contours this afternoon. Love the exclusivity of the spa facilities and the treatments are always so good. We also had afternoon tea which was delicious.

Sam went above and beyond in the treatments that I had. She couldn't have been more conscientious and supportive as I was also suffering from a leg injury. She has such a kind gentle manner but so efficient and meticulous in making sure the treatments are excellent. Cannot praise her enough.
