Google My sis and I went to get our nails done this morning. Completely honestly both nail sets are clean and look great. However the staff in particular the girl (not sure if she's the owner/manager) had a little bit of an attitude towards both of us. I asked for chrome for mine and asked if i could try 2/3 to see which one looked the best. She rolled her eyes. She was very off for the last part of the treatment. Unfortunately we won't be coming back due to unprofessionalism.

Google I paid £55 for a builder gel manicure, but unfortunately I was disappointed with both the quality and the service. The work was not precise enough for this price — the nail tips were not properly painted or sealed, the manicure looked unfinished, and the cuticles were not cleaned properly. When I politely pointed out these issues, I was given an unpleasant look and the attitude changed. As a paying customer, I expect professionalism, quality, and respectful treatment - I am a client, not doing anyone a favour. £55 is not a small amount, and for that price I expect much better results.

Google Since switching to home based nail salon I have realised that this place was the cause of my eczema and dermatitis on my hands and feet. The difference I have seen has been massive! Shall never go back again to the cheap equipment and tools that have damaged my hands and feet for years!!!!! Can add photos of this upon request!

Google Made an appointment for a pedicure for myself and my little girl. Went there only to wait a further 30 mins which made me anxious about the street parking. Asked for a female technician but was told it would be a further long wait as they were all busy. My pedicure was okay but I do feel it was very rushed and not very luxurious for £35. The water was cold and then I asked for it to be warmer it was too hot and I had to call them to them to change it. My daughters pedi was just a nail polish which I was charged £15 for, but she didn’t really get a pedicure experience. The male technician I spoke to was very decent and I did tell him that I wasn’t really impressed with everything that happened, they were polite, the salon was clean and organised but honestly I wouldn’t go there for a pedicure again.

Google So welcoming and got exactly what I had asked for! I was recommended this place by a family member- me and my sister came to get French tip nails done and they look stunning! It was a lovely and clean place with talkative staff that make you feel comfortable and will make sure that you’re happy with your nails. Will be back!

Google The staff here are lovely and friendly, I really enjoyed talking to them while having my nails done. The nails are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Last time I had my nails done elsewhere they didn't listen to what I asked for, but the lady here was very attentive and made sure they were definitely what I wanted.
I had messaged beforehand to ask about prices and appointments, and they had remembered my name from the message and called me by it for the whole appointment, which was nice, it made me feel like they really cared that I was there!
Ignore my cuticles in the photos, I was cleaning in the morning before I went out and it dried them a lot.
