Google Disgusting customer service I had 4 loyalty cards but they were individually stamped and she said I can’t combine it into one card? So even though I’ve been a loyal customer for 4 times because a stamp is not on the same card I can’t get a discount ? Now you’ve lost a loyal customer

Google Waited 2.5 hours to get my nails done and still no one saw me. I watched 4 other girls go ahead of me and I spoke up and said I’ve been waiting and had an appointment, by then they ladies ignored me so I left. Very bad customer service and do not care about appointments. Would not recommend

Google Nice staff in there, and changed the things i didn’t like. A good, affordable price for what i had done. However, the lady cut my finger and put some green solution/acid on it afterwards making it sting for the rest of the appointment. i asked for french tips with a little flower design on the ring finger and overall did a good job, but the index + middle fingers tip is wonky and one of my thumbs have a texture from where it got smudged during drying and didn’t get redone. the french tips don’t cover all the way so when you look at the nails from the side there is nothing there, and it is like this on every single nail !! I liked the flower design that she did so i’m not upset about it, but it is not what i asked for.
