The staff are all amazing 🤩 Anna did an excellent job, so happy 😁 and it’s a great place to chat and socialise… quick and I’m always pleased with my nails.

This is the first my experience for nail polish. I am satisfied with the quality of the nail that they did for me. That is absolutely wonderful. Will come back for next time. Really appreciate about this 🥰. Recommended for everyone who wishes having such a nice experience as me. Thank you guys 😍.

I’ve not had the best experience so far personally and I went there a couple times as sometimes I know businesses don’t have the best of days but here are my points why it’s a “meh” place to go:
- nail tech did not clean their hands after doing a pedicure on someone before touching my hands.
- nail tech was on FaceTime with someone whilst doing my manicure, I am relaxed on this but slightly unprofessional.
- nail tech did not listen, asked for an infill but they started to take off my existing build, understandable there may be a language barrier but I always feel a little rushed when I try to explain what I need.
- I’m totally okay with staff talking in their own language amongst themselves, being bilingual myself, but I have a good judgement on expression and it seems like there is some judgement going on around other customers, again not very professional.

Overall, I am happy with the work they carry out as a result but there is lack of professionalism and can make you feel uncomfortable or a bit put off. So if you have high expectations of the environment I would not go, but if you’re easy going and only mind the end result then I can recommend

I just love it here . They even survived me when I was drunk on my birthday and my nails survive carrying crates where I volunteer. A big thank you to all the staff mwah xxx

NEVER again I had the WORST experience today! I had to wait 40 minutes after my appointment time, 4 people ended up doing my nails. They cut my fingers left them so dry and saw!
My nails where uneven, different shapes and thinknes!
I left the shop and they looked even worse outside I then went back and asked them to fix them they was so rude to me my nails still look awful!
AVOID!!!!
