I can now see why this place is always empty!! NEVER BEEN TREATED TO BADLY !!!

I usually go to Tammy nails but they were fully booked which I understand as they Do amazing service and my nails always come out perfect on this specific occasion I went to Lisa nails to Get just one nail done didn’t mind that the colour wouldn’t match Perfectly .

The youngest “woman” Sat in The middle shouted me over by saying come here , Grabbed both my hands aggressively then proceeded to slap my other hand out the way so I could move it pulled me by my middle finger that I was getting done and said stop moving then when it was time for me to put my nail under the UV light slammed it on top of her desk looked at me and said go on , When she put the last coat of nail varnish on when she knew she didn’t have to physically touch me anymore she went back in her chair on her phone and when the light went off, I got no eye contact she just said done. I have never in my 31 years of getting nails done been treated like this !!! and the biggest question is WHY ? Not that it should even matter, but I’m a very smiley bubbly person I went in there with nothing but that energy I guess all I can put it down to is she must be a very sad depressed bored little woman ! and on top of all of this she charged me £5 for one nail and it looks awful I still have acrylic that’s not been shaved down underneath and the nail is not straight. The second picture. I have used another now for reference.. I have added pictures. Please please stay clear of this place. .

Been going here for years but enough is enough the woman there should not be allowed to work there she man handles you slaps hand and moans if you don’t have hand how she wants it really hurts with electric file as going far to fast and not concentrating, there standards of hygiene are appalling they laugh at customers in there language as they think we don’t realise that is what they are doing . Should be a nice relaxing experience instead I’m sitting on edge of seat waiting for the pain . Don’t recommend this place find a nice friendly one instead that’s what I’m going to do.

Only giving 1 because 0 isn't an option, WORST SERVICE EVER ! woman was so rude and asked me if I could pay first because I looked suspicious when I said no u will pay after service Like everyone else she became very aggressive wouldn't recommend!

Lady with the mole on her chin was completely rude and unprofessional!
Left nail varnish all over skin and left acrylic under my nails. Would not recommend unless you would like to be treated poorly.

Service was terrible, rude staff. They kept saying my design was ugly and the colours i chose was ugly. Then got mad at me when she couldn’t draw the heart. Just kept criticising everything. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very poor customer service, very rude and unwelcoming do not recommend waste of time. Waited for a hour for them to start my nails then afterwords I’ve been told to leave due to me asking to have them long , when she didn’t even give me a chance to choose what I wanted , she just cut them way to short and now I’m barred from the shop.

Had my nails done for by daughters birthday, i have been on fungal treatment what feels like for ever and starting to get my nails back, not worth the risk, the rudeness of staff can be put aside for me as its a small portion of my day, by rude i mean staff will start to speak to their college and sound annoyed once u open your mouth to ask a simple question, dnt risk ur nail health for nail beauty and please go to a more reputable place

Took my mum to have her nails done at Lisa’s nails and she thought they were sore so had to take the nails off and this is what the shop done caused an infection in 2 of her fingers!!🤬🤬🤬

Unless you want infected fingers I would avoid going to this nail shop!!!!

If I could give 0 star review I would have!!

Do not go to this salon.
They are the nastiest salon in sheerness high-street, worst salon I’ve ever been to. This is the first and last time I’ll ever step foot in here.
Listen to the reviews on here, not by the recommendation of other nail salons like I did- do not give them the benefit of the doubt like I did.
They will slap your hands, manhandle you- they are very aggressive and nasty people. Especially the short woman with short hair and bad eyeliner- that should’ve been my queue not to trust her lack of skill in nail art. They’ll ask you what you think midway through, then get incredibly angry and hostile if you politely ask them to change something.
I left with half finished nails, a panic attack which cost £25. After the woman doing terrible infills on me, SIX badly done black French tips and was humiliating me, the man offered a £7 refund. Despite me stating the obvious that I’m leaving with sticky, messy and bad nails, he didn’t care. £7 was my refund and a “Sorry, bye”.
I felt so uncomfortable.
Most humiliating thing ever. I treat myself to getting my nails done once a month, it’s supposed to be my relax time where I sit and get my nails done all pretty and listen to music with *some* chit chat at best. This took the fun right out of it and because of both Tammy’s Nails and Lisa’s Nails- I won’t be supporting highstreet nail salons. They’ve corrupted the experience.
Lisa’s Nails have no social skills, no concern, no passion about what they are doing, no care, nothing.
DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON.
