Often come here and have had really good experiences. However went this weekend and had both mani and pedi gel . Unfortunately half way through my pedi an older man took over and did not do a good job on my nails at all. He got cross with me when a nail smudged. And I felt he rushed through the job. Usually my nails last at least 2 weeks and I was hoping to have them done for a wedding next weekend. But will need to have them done again . Base not even, finish not neat. Won’t be going back. Another chap did his best to tidy the job up before I left but still disappointed.

Nails were satisfactory.
•Filed into my skin so hard that it turned into a deep wound it was bleeding and painful and the man did not stop when I told him it hurt.
•I asked for nude color but the man didn’t understand english and got annoyed when he wasn’t understanding me. Instead used light pink for french tip nails which looked wierd as you should use nude color.
•The nails started to fall of after about 2 weeks
I came here in August of 2025 and forgot to leave a review. I wont be coming back

Absolutely ruined my nails when taking off the gels, made them wafer thin going to take months to get back the thickness. New guy with glasses is a liability, he is not very good, rude and is rough with your hands, ruins nail and spiteful customers beware.

I’ll start by saying the staff are perfectly kind and lovely. But, I went to this salon because they specifically advertised they do “dip” manicures. The woman let me know that she uses the dip product, but applies them with a brush (like acrylics). I asked a few more questions, as I’ve been doing dip for a decade and never seen it done this way, she assured me that’s how she does it.
Because the product is not meant to be applied this way, it caused the color to be very off and streaky. You can see the brush strokes. Also, it is MUCH thicker than a typical dip (which is not my preference). She tried to be accommodating, and continue to thin them, but it didn’t really work. They were also quite messy with keeping the product off of the skin and/or cleaning it after.

Long story short, if you’re looking specifically for “dip”, I would not use this salon.

Friendly staff, great selection of treatments and colours. Very clean.
A slight negative is they don’t push your cuticles back, well they don’t seem to with mine on the few visits that I’ve had. Other nail salons have paid more attention to them. Other than that, my nails have always lasted and I’m happy with them.

Very warm and welcoming, even offered me tea whilst my nails were being dome. They have good teamwork and did my nails quickly because they tag teamed. Definitely recommend.
