Google Highly recommend!! My first visit and I’m definitely coming back! Angela and the team were so lovely and also professional, I’ve not felt that relaxed and pampered in such a long time! I had French builder gel with extensions and French gels on my toes and I am so happy! The whole experience was wonderful. The price is amazing for the quality you get! Thank you so much!! :)

It's always a pleasure to visit Angela and the team. I'm an avid Pinterester and often come to the salon with a mood board of ideas. The artists NEVER let me down and ALWAYS achieve a stunning result.
On top of that, the girls have a great sense of humour, they are polite, and they are reasonably priced, especially given the top quality standard of nail services they provide.
Can't recommend highly enough!

They’re always so polite and friendly, and it’s never just an appointment — there’s always a giggle. I would 100% recommend Jade Lavender to anyone looking for beautiful nails and a welcoming salon!

Google I have used her for months she does good nails but has attutude issues.She doesnt like to take a feedback when bad service is provided by her staff and I ve also noticed she doesnt like to serve black clients herself, she ll prefer to direct you to the intern. Someone I referred also had the same experience and never came back.

We always try our best to provide good service to every client, and we treat all customers equally regardless of background. I also always welcome respectful feedback, as it helps us improve our service and our team.
Regarding your concern, I personally serve many clients of different backgrounds every day. Sometimes clients are directed to another staff member or trainee for training purposes or scheduling reasons, but it is never based on discrimination.

There have been occasions where we had to refuse serving you, and the reason was due to the attitude shown towards our staff, which made them feel uncomfortable. Some clients present at the same time also expressed similar concerns.
We treat every client equally and do not tolerate discrimination of any kind. Our priority is to maintain a comfortable and respectful atmosphere for everyone in the salon. We wish you all the best.

should give a review on her behalf, it had a " great atmosphere and great prices, coming from a bad salon I found them really helpful and supportive with the issues I had. The aftercare is a little extra I haven't experienced before and shows they actually care about there customers." Recommend thoroughly 👌
