Very poor experience last week that will stop me returning.

Nails are satisfactory but the shop, staff and standards are incredibly poor.

Prices are made up on the spot and when questioned, staff become rude, aggressive and sullen.

Most importantly, there are NO hygiene standards upheld in this shop. Workspaces are not cleaned between clients, tools are not sanitised. Shop is filthy and the rather high prices charged on my most recent visit (far higher than my previous visit 4 weeks ago!) are not in line with the service received.

Visited twice, will not make the same mistake a 3rd time.

Don’t always believe the good reviews as they ask customers to post good reviews to get a discount from them. I didn’t have a good experience recently which is a shame as they used to be okay. They are always rushed and one of the new people didn’t have a clue how to do design on nails he was very rude because he didn’t want to do it, when I told him not to worry about the design he was happy and told me I think designs are easy but they are hard. You go to the nail salon to get the designs and colours you want not why they rush you to choose because they’re not good at their job. Once again they’ve lost another customer.
