this nail shop is appalling. I got my nails done 2 weeks ago and they are already broken and chipped. The white paint has came off and 2 of the nails are snapped in half . I would NEVER recommend anyone to come here it is AWFUL. Not worth 43 pounds

I have had acrylics, biab and a natural manicure here as well as nail art and the quality has been consistently amazing! The staff are also lovely and helpful 😊

Staff are always very polite and respectful, they were so busy today as it’s the Christmas rush but Emma made sure everyone had their nails done. Everybody was working so hard and then as a lovely little touch as I left Paul gave me a little Christmas bag with a gift and voucher. Left with a massive smile great nails and kind gift . Merry Christmas guys keep up the good work 🥰🥰🥰

The person doing my nails was terrible. He was rude, he kept staring at me like I did something wrong and I had to keep my hands under a heater for about 30 minutes since he forgot to tell me to stop.

I liked the service, the price wasn't too bad and I do like my nails. I gave a reference to the design I wanted and they weren't able to get it exactly but they did a good job to follow the design and my requests as closely as possible. The only grievances I have is the with the man who worked on the tips and applying acrylic, he was abit heavy handed when having to manoeuvre my hands and fingers and seemed abit impatient and uninviting. Other than that I am happy with my service

Appalling nail shop, someone was being verbally abused by the male staff never seen someone be so rude and cut all their cuticles stay clear of this place if you don’t want to be made to feel awful! Just saw the comment below of “understaffed” and I am really not suprised!
