Five star 🌟 all round service;
Easy booking process, clear simple options with additional information box added if needed, option to add photo reference available too.
Turned up slightly before my appointment and was welcomed by all staff, offered a hot drink and shown my seat.
I was checked in on throughout my appointment to make sure I was satisfied with their service of work and made to feel looked after without being rushed.
The attention to detail on the workmanship on my nails throughout was outstanding and I couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience.
The final touches that were made was beautiful- having a warm towel and moisture added before leaving to rejuvenate my hands was a lovely touch to end on.

Called in for a pedicure and ask for French manicure in normal polish, was told by the lady only white tips in gel. Gel is not for me so I chose an alternative colour in normal polish.
While having the pedicure the lady in the next chair to me had sparkle polish which looked great, it’s summer.
I asked to change my mind and have a sparkle polish in pink I was told this was normal polish.
The man doing the pedicure was very nice, however, when it came to applying the nail polish he used the original pink I’d asked for then applied silver gel on top. I’ve never seen such a poor set of nails. Very poor English spoken here and unless you have your nails how they want, you end up with a disaster. Coco the clown would have been proud of the nails or the under fives painting them at nursery.
I won’t be back!
To top it all they have sachets with creams that are half empty not a fresh sachet for you.
I witnessed some young girls being very firm with them, now I know why.

0 stars! Absolutely awful. Went for gel infills and they put acrylic on some. Filed the wrong shape and made them very short when I asked not too. Tried to talk to them about it and they insisted it was normal to have half acrylic and half gel… left my nails in an awful state, different shapes and sizes.
