My first visit to Carol as I am visiting a friend on the Island.
I was very happy with both the experience and service she provided, a lovely, pampering manicure and pedicure with most definitely the gentlest of touch.
I am looking forward to another appointment tomorrow and future ones on my next Island holiday.

I just went there today and I was served by Carol who was a lovely lady and was a great person to have a conversation with , She makes you feel very comfortable and did a very beautiful job with my nails, what i appreciated was how clean and up to standard everything was. I will definitely be coming back.

I sadly had a bad experience. It was my first visit here today, and I left in tears. I may have expected too much.
I was hoping for a lovely relaxing pedicure before my holiday tomorrow, but it was far from that.
The treatment table was high, so it was difficult to get on to. I then struggled to remove socks and shoes. My neck hurt throughout as there was limited support (a rolled up lounge cushion), and the back of my legs really hurt as they lay on the box of warm water.
She had extremely long pointed natural nails, and they really hurt me.
She soaked my feet in the box, buffed off dead skin, exfoliated, filed around my toes, and massaged in some cream.
The cream meant sliding her hand all the way down the pump straw to use it each time (rather than using the pump), then rubbing it in my feet. I was very concerned that I may pick up fungal infections or worse from this practice. I came home and scrubbed my feet.
The conversation was mostly about her father treating her badly.
It was supposed to be a 50 minute appointment, but it was only 30 mins.
I left thoroughly sad.
