I had my nails done here and within two hours one of the acrylics snapped during normal movement and caused a nail injury, actually taking part of my natural nail AND MY SKIN UNDER THE NAILwith it. This was not due to misuse, it happened from simply brushing my hand against my knee.
I contacted the salon immediately with photos, but was ignored. When I went in person, they refused to take responsibility, blamed me, and would not offer a refund, only a voucher, which I declined given the situation, why would i go back there? The front desk lady is so incredibly rude, she blamed me and said i should have been mire careful..how? by sitting down? and not at all taking responsibility.Acrylic nails should not snap this easily or be sharp enough to cause an injury. This shows a lack of proper application and care.Really disappointed with both the quality of the work and the way this was handled. I do not recommend to go here unless you want your skin ripped off within 2 hours of getting them done. Legal action will be taken place and Trading Standards will be with you.

First time going to get my nails done. It wasn't really welcoming, no interaction, felt uncomfortable. The guy who did my nails was rough, he hurt my nail bed by filing too much it burnt. The shape of the nails aren't to my liking as too pointed but I let it go as I just wanted to leave. Not sure if I will return, if I give another chance I will ask for someone else

Took my elderly mum for her birthday for us to have a manicure and pedicure. It was very professional and such lovely customer service. The pedicure chairs were so comfortable and the massage was a lovely touch. Our nails and feet looked great and there were so many colours to choose from. Mum felt thoroughly fussed over. Thank you. We have said we are going to make it a regular treat now.

I started going to Honey nails when I lived in Ware, I have since moved out of the town but will not go anywhere else! They are always available to fit you in and can do the most amazing designs. They have a great range of colours and have even mixed me custom colours before based on my inspo pictures. Great service couldn’t recommend more.

my new favourite nail salon! they’re very friendly in here and their work is so clean. i love my nails and my toes, they do a great job. it’s hard to find a nice nail salon, so i won’t be going anywhere else! thanks guys🥰
