Disappointed with the service I received here. My nails aren’t terrible - but I was made to wait 30 mins despite having booked an appointment and arriving on time. The salon was really dirty and they are unhygienic. The lady who did my nails literally finished a pedicure and came straight over to touch my hands straight after touching another person’s FEET without washing her hands first. I was left with product stuck to my skin and underneath my nails and had to ask several times for this to be removed as my nails were stuck to my skin. The nail tech told me I should remove this myself when I get home. Would not recommend at all.

I've been coming here for years & I LOVE IT. Such a lovely environment, great nails and super fast. Kind service. Always a good vibe and energy. Really thrilled with my mani/pedi every time. Highly recommend. Great that you don't need to pre-book!! x

I have visited D&J Nails for just over 13 years, the service is friendly and they are always happy to accommodate during busy times.
There is a huge variety of products and services available, competitive prices. Their location is convenient. I will not visit anywhere else.

worst experience i’ve ever had. got my nails done 2 days ago and started cracking and breaking in the shower to the point it was getting stuck in my hair so had to break them slightly to not catch on anything. i went back the next day to get them fixed or refund and they made the biggest fuss about it. wouldn’t give me my money back until a parent came to get it. took pictures of me when have cameras in the shop and it’s weird as a 15 year old. now banned from the shop after being spoken to very rudely. worst place to go

very bad my whole nail ripped of the worker didn’t know what they was doing simple French tip looked awful and chunky uneven lines and wasn’t able to do the design I wanted she wasted my time and I had to go to another worker in the shop to finish it very bad customer service had to redo my nails twice and there lifting I paid 40£ VERY OVERPRICED AND BAD

The staff there were lovely but the quality of the nails were not what I expected. The nails were placed really low so they look like they have been grown for a week. Also, I was quoted £40 when booked online but they charged me £45. I would r mind if they were done properly but I will have to go somewhere else to touch them. It’s a pity because they were lovely but I would not comeback.

Had my nails done here today and I’m very pleased.
Lisa did them, she was so friendly. She spent a lot of time on them and they look great.
It’s the sixth time I’ve been here and it’s always been good.
