Do not come here the staff are very rude, rush everyone’s nails and have a very bad attitude. Won’t shape your acrylics properly unless u insist and are so overpriced for poor sloppy work. Better of going elsewhere.

Pathetic customer service with absolutely no sense of hygiene practice while doing lashes. Charged me £50 for pathetic lash extension and customer experience.
I tried to call them in the morning so i get them removed. They have not been picking up my phone calls. They put the lash extension directly on my skin and pushed some of my lashes down causing irritation to my eye balls

My big mistake was that I didn't check reviews, and just head into this salon to do my nails first time excitedly. I need to share my review believing which would save others money at least.
1. A worst experience - lady who done nail was rushed and hurt two fingers with nail grinding motor.
2. She didn't remove cuticle properly - not even used hand tools but just with motor she did every job. Not applied cuticles oil etc. I felt irritation on cuticle area.
3. Since I had very short nail, she said, need to extend nails - she sticked fake nail but glue is not a quality one. my nails come off after a week.
4. She said £22 for natural look nail(without any polish, just acrylic only) but she charged me £38 at the end. The reason she shared 'bcz I extended your nail'. Obviously it was a cheating but I had to pay.
5. The worst part is two of my nails comes off after a week.
6. Seems they are not using branded products.
(Pictures taken today exactly a week after. 2nd picture I shortened two nails thinking those will too fall off.)

AVOID THIS NAIL SALON!!!

The female manager is soooo rude. She talks down to people like they are children. I have never experienced such a bad job on my nails. They are wonky, don’t match, painted poorly and my fingers are killing me after being man handled!

When you try to explain that you are not happy with the nails, she throws her toys out her pram and starts yelling for absolutely no reason!? I was shocked at her outburst, I couldn’t have been more polite about the situation but she clearly thinks she knows best.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS NAIL SALON!!!

So I never write reviews but when I got my nails done for the 1st time I was like wow and NOT IN A GOOD WAY. The nails looked good but then I asked other nail techs to remove my nails and they were like "whoever did your nails did it too thick" #not normal. They also made my cuticles bleed AND I'M LOOKING AT THE REVIEWS NOW I SHOULD'VE BEEN PREPARED. Yeah my first and last time here sorry not sorry!

this service was disgusting im sick to my stomach! i am a dentist and i have a very important dental conference and i came to do my nails and i left with nails like a stripper , the staff are so rude and disrespectful, my fingers are all bleeding and numb. I showed her a video and she didnt even accept to watch it to see what design i want and she was being extremely rude. The guy who started my nails also was being so rude and agressive and then got in a mood because i wanted my nails in a coffin shape then he said i dont want to do your nails anymore go to my colleague. My toe nails look disgusting they look like i have done them 3 weeks ago. The service is absolutely terrible and the products are extremely low quality. All my nails are wonky and chunky.DO NOT EVER COME HERE!!

absolutely disgusting, everything about this place is absolutely terrible i would rather die and never come back my sister has been in tears for the past few hours because of the disgusting work and how they have treated us, the staff are so rude and aggressive and do not even ask you what you want, our fingers are all bleeding with wounds, they broke one of my toe nails and kept it broken and it’s in half. DO NOT COME HERE!! the staff are so so rude and aggressive and are extremely disrespectful. overpriced for literal torture not nails. absolutely disgusting i can not explain how bad and gross these nails are and how rude the staff are. they did a whole different color for my sister although she said multiple times i don’t want it and it’s not the color i showed you, she wouldn’t even accept looking at the picture or listening to her. do not ever come here!!!!

I wanted to share my disappointment with my recent visit to this salon.(2/01/25)Him the nail technician who did my pedicure was very rude and dismissive. Whenever I asked anything, he acted like I was bothering him and didn’t listen to what I wanted. It felt like he just wanted me to stay quiet while he did whatever he wanted.

My pedicure was also rushed and finished in about 20 minutes, while another customer having the same treatment was given much more time and care. My feet still look dry and cracked, and the result was disappointing.

This experience made me feel really uncomfortable, and I won’t be returning or recommending your salon to others.

Scam of a service.

You get charged £32 for an acrylic infill which takes 2 hours being passed around different people. Then nail breaks off a day later ! They charge me for a new nail - £4!!!! Poor poor quality of service, and now 4 days later my nail vanish is chipping off! Even though it’s Gel!
