I had a brilliant experience at this salon; the technician was incredibly polite, gentle, and attentive. My nails look absolutely stunning, and the quality is exceptional. They are durable, long-lasting, and finished to a high standard. It is easily the most affordable spot for premium results, and I couldn’t be happier with how pretty they look.

Such a hidden gem! I came for the first time this weekend to get my nails done and they are genuinely the best I’ve ever had. They really took their time and paid so much attention to detail - you can tell they care about their work.

I then realised they also offer lashes, which I’ve been searching for in Stortford for ages. I’ve had lash extensions consistently for 10 years and I’m very particular about how I like them (wispy and glam) but they were done perfectly. Exactly the style I wanted.

So impressed and so pleased I’ve found this place. Highly recommend! ✨

Had my lashes done today after the recommendation from my daughters and I must say what a brilliant job they made of them. Such a lovely friendly atmosphere there too, would recommend anyone who is thinking of having their lashes or nails done to go in there. I am super satisfied with the whole experience!. It was a really bad experience. There was a girl with short hair who was very rude and made me angry. As soon as I made a request, she started talking to her colleague in another language. After that, her tone and attitude towards me were very bad, which made me angry. The same thing happened on the fourth day after the treatment. Another time, the boss lady gave me eyelashes and I had eye allergies the next day. It really made me angry.

Not a great experience. Took two teenagers for a birthday treat. One had a lovely job done. The other’s was thick, messy and not short enough. So we went back in and asked them to re do it. They did it. Then the manager walked the row of clients offering them a chocolate. Each client in turn, but walked past the teenager. Making her more upset. Awful experience. Won’t go there again!

I don't get my nails done often, but every time I get them done, it has to be in Coco Salon. Jason did my nails this time, and I am more than pleased with his service. He is kind and gentle and is always asking if you are happy with the result in every single step, which I appreciate. Thanks a lot!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the 3rd time I've had my nails done by Amy and I am so pleased. I had a set of acrylics done on July for a holiday - have had gel nails done before but they always peeled off after a couple of days so thought I'd try acrylics but wanted them to look natural. Amy listened to me and fitted a set of the most beautiful nails. They lasted through swimming, gardening, camping! I have returned twice for infills and gel and walk out feeling a million dollars - so happy and she is very skilled and kind and gentle.

Bit of a shame really friendly salon but look what they have done to my finger nail, it’s ruined!!
Called salon to explain what they have done and they REFUSED to take blame not even an apology.
The nail is falling off and they’ve caused an infection from vigorous filing !
