There’s no explanation needed, the nails I asked for and the nails I got….. the woman had no idea how to apply biab and respectfully there was no way of fixing these….. I came in with long nails and I’m left with broken nails!! I was honestly so in shock at the STATE of my nails I paid and left just wanting to get out of there! Asked for an appointment at 4.30 they said they can’t do that time come for 4 but they diddnt start doing my nails until 4.30 anyway??

Worst set of nails I’ve ever had done. Left with my hands covered in gel, a messy job of vanish, it doesn’t even go to the base of my nail on some nails. The dots are so uneven/misshaped, one is smudged and even have dirt in them as the person who was doing my nails picked the polish up off the table with the tool!!!!! Top coat missing in places? I will never be going back. (What I asked for vs what I got)

I walked into perfect Nails studio this morning in hope of someone being able to fit me in. And they did after a short wait. All the staff were very lovely, friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be returning.

Terrible experience. Whole appointment felt rushed and the finished result was messy with gel left around my nails. The worst thing of all was they cut my nails too close to the nail bed with the electric file and made me bleed on two nails. They didn’t even tell me. This is particularly worrying as the equipment they used looked dirty and I doubt it gets cleaned often. I will not be returning and I urge you to go elsewhere to get nails done. Not worth the risk.

Pedicure and Manicure done by Kenny which I’m always super happy with and always feel so relaxed after. Staff always so kind and friendly and always offering drinks.

Been here today and I won't be returning. Haven't done a very good job on the nails, white tips aren't straight and left quite a mess around the edges. Also, was made to feel like i was very weird for not wanting long nails! Not the best service to keep laughing at the customer for their choices...

Amazing set of acrylics. Been going here for over a year now and I've never once had a nail break or come off! Friendly staff and atmosphere. Won't go anywhere else

Had a full set acrylics done today and super disappointed, they were super chunky and the tip was wonky hearts were completely different wrong shape the list can go on , not the mention how rude one off the staff was when I asked to change it was like it was a inconvenience so in the end I just left it paid the 40 pounds and left. After this I went to a new salon to have them I have the before and after pictures the difference is mesmerising , HOW they can charge £40 for this set off nail I don’t know. Will definitely not be going back.
