This was the worst eyebrow threading experience I have ever had in my life. The customer service was very bad. The lady was on the phone the entire time, and without my consent, she showed my eyebrows and face to her relative on a video call. She made many marks on my face—on both sides of my eyebrows and in the middle. When I felt pain and suddenly moved my hand, she acted very rude and said, “If you want good eyebrows, sit without doing anything.”

Very poor service. I went for eyebrow threading. The lady who done left lot of cut marks on my face skin, which never happened to me and the lady was very unpleasant with me. Very poor customer service and charged double money for it.

Gave me the worst nails of my life- asked for long stiletto and got given short almond with a very awfully done design. The middle finger is shorter than the index and ring finger as well? Also made me bleed… completely rushed, she was talking on call the entire time in her language let’s be real most likely talking bad about me and when I said I wasn’t happy with them she laughed and said it would have to do. Was charged £45 for these and immediately got them removed and refunded 10 minutes later which was also another painful experience as the injuries she caused my fingers from being so aggressive were being dunked into acetone (I presume) and stinging like hell. Told me that the reason she couldn’t do the design properly is because she didn’t have sticks- okay well you shouldn’t have taken me on pretending like you’d be able to do them to at least a satisfactory level. Awful service and an honestly embarrassing set of nails u should be ashamed. Never coming back again :)

Very happy with my nails. Took along a photo of what I wanted and they came out just as I had hoped. Tom was very patient finding all the different colours for me.

They were friendly staff but rushed on the application of acrylic and it burnt my fingers, assumed the shape and length. When i asked them to adjust to my desired shape, she only did 1 finger nail and rushed me to wash my hands. When i went to pay it was £45, i questioned why as i only got short french, no design and no gems and it was because they applied Gel without asking if i wanted normal polish or not. With that price and for something rushed and not done nicely just isn’t worth it for me.
