I do like coming to this salon but hate it when the manicurist is on the phone during your treatment. Feel awkward as obviously in their own language. Also half way through my treatment I was left so she could go and do somebody’s eyelashes 🤔

Not only did my nails take 2 hours. I was cut, brunt and made to feel stupid. Pedicure had no hot towel, no moisturizer, no leg or foot massage. I left still with rough heels and they wanted to charge me over the quoted price. I will never never go here again.

Second time of visiting artist nails, nail tech kept answering text messages and chatting away to other staff and worrying about what they was doing than being focused on doing my nails, my nails don’t look anything like the design I asked for and feel the end design was rushed. Do not recommend!

I had my nails done I asked to shape and nail polish ended up having. Shellac done even though I didn’t ask for it
It’s been a week and out pealing off and chipping won’t be coming again the whole time having my nails done was in silence and not told the price till I paid definitely not going again

Love my Xmas nails first time coming here as I was recommended by someone who also goes here. I believe it was lily who took care of me. She was absolutely amazing and I will defo be back for some infills thank you x

Perfect nail salon and lovely professional and accommodating ladies , Karen, lily and Lydia are all very talented, I am always 100% happy with my nails, which I must say do not fall off after a couple of weeks unlike some other salons I have used , so extremely good value for money !!!
