I asked to have biab gel removed and they only used the electric drill to remove all the gel, instead of removing the surface with the drill and finishing with a soak. My nails are still in a really bad state, 6 weeks later. I was very disappointed and I won't be using this place again.

How disgusting unprofessional this salon is!
I visited the salon yesterday and requested Gel for my toe. Without discussing the price, they hurried me to the pedicure chair, seated me, and another staff member began applying product to my toes. Shortly after, a different lady approached with a calculator, informing me that I should opt for Shellac at £30, whereas Gel would cost £40. I expressed my preference for Gel and indicated that I was willing to pay the £40. They consented to this. Moments later, the lady returned, stating that Shellac was £30, but if I chose Gel, it would incur an additional £15 charge. I felt pressured to select Shellac due to its lower cost. At this point, my frustration escalated! Shellac only takes a few minutes to apply, which is likely why she was attempting to save time for her scheduled clients by pressuring me. While the extensions were being glued to my toes, the other lady intervened, instructing her to remove the extensions. I reiterated that we had agreed on £40, and I refused to have Shellac done, yet the price was increased, effectively forcing me into the option she preferred. She repeatedly claimed that I did not understand the situation. I was infuriated, questioning what there was to misunderstand. I requested to see their menu, certain that the price for Gel on toes was not £45, but she declined to show it to me. I ultimately stood up and left, seething. My car was parked right next to the nail salon, and I noticed her discussing the incident with other customers, likely embellishing the story to portray herself as a victim. I strongly advise against visiting this salon.

They make up their prices as they go along! Has become very expensive and it’s also cash only! They all sit there talking their own language which I find very rude too.

I don't often get my nails done but decided to go today as I've had a rough few months and I'm honestly so happy 🥰. The girl who did my nails was very kind and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I needed very short nails due to my job which I know some nail techs don't like doing and she did the perfect length. I feel so much happier and more confident with these nails I know it's a bit silly but I didn't realise how much getting my nails done would boost my confidence 😊😊

I also really liked that one person does your nails, in other salons I've been to multiple people will do different parts of the service where as at nail bar one person does everything and I find that it is much more efficient. When I've had my nails done in other places it takes around 1.5 hours and I only get a basic 1 colour set where as I was in and out in under an hour today which I really liked seeing as I was also a walk in I was expecting to be there a while.

From my experience at nail bar today I will be getting my nails done more regularly as it's given me such a confidence boost 🥰

Nails poor quality had to go back after couple days for repair then again few days later was told a repair would be free after only a week of them being on and 3 chipped and 4 totally lifted off.
When I come to leave was told I owns them £15 even though was told the polish hadn’t dried properly and why it was lifting gave them benefit of the doubt and kept my pedicure appointment, pedicure fine and massage chair but polish is awful messy and cuticles flooded.
Nails are now starting to lift again also,
The work and care is not there and quality of work is not good don’t waste time or money.
