I have been going here for years and they always do a great job and make any designs I bring work for me and my nails!

Booked an appointment a couple weeks in advance but unfortunately because they allow walk ins, my nails were completely rushed. The nails are all wonky and different lengths, french tips aren’t painted round the edge/ gappy. Not only that but the design was rushed therefore it’s wonky and smudged. They also don’t cut/push back your cuticles which leaves them soar and they left bits of the shaved acrylic on my nails. Im not usually one to complain but am quite upset because getting your nails done should be an enjoyable experience and you shouldn’t be rushed and not get what you asked for when your the one paying!! :’(

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Amazing Service and Stunning Nail Art!

I had such a great experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to my needs. They took their time to understand exactly what I wanted for my nail design—and they absolutely nailed it (pun intended)!

The attention to detail was impressive. Whether it was shaping, polish, or intricate artwork, everything was done with care and precision. I felt like they really listened to me, and the results were even better than I imagined.

On top of that, the service was top-notch—friendly, patient, and never rushed. It’s rare to find a place that makes you feel so relaxed while still being so on point with quality.

If you're looking for a salon that delivers beautiful nails with heart and professionalism, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Always a rushed experience, looks like a backstreet salon, needs a good lick of paint! The new chairs and spas look lovely but it needs a good clean up, not a very nice experience, can be over priced, I can see they try and make it nice in there but on the whole needs to be decorated! Would be nice to hear a bit of English also, it’s a shame as it used to be a great nail salon.

Awful service, even with an appointment still running late, the robust woman did my acrylics, she rushed them, done and dusted in 20 mins, they looked terrible, wonky colouring, chunky acrylic bits everywhere, and my skin was so sore for days after, when she was done she literally just walked away from me, said nothing, left me sat there, then the lad said, 'your done, go wash your hands' they only take cash, so dodgy anyway, bit they don't tell you that till the end, they don't let you leave to get cash, hear to set up a back transfer to someone, they are so overpriced compared to my usual salon, who do a cracking job. When I complained I was told to go back in due will do them again for £10 , which obviously I want going to do, hey texts were so rude too... Do not go here, cheaper and far better in Fareham high street..
