Google I came in today to have my hair cut and I couldn't have asked for more! All staff were lovely, thank you to Freya for styling and cutting my hair, will definitely return and highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a new hairdresser.

Google Every time I’ve been to The Lounge, I’ve been warmly welcomed. I have long, thick hair that is difficult to manage but Caron knows how to cut it in a way that makes it manageable. She’s always careful and attentive while working on my hair but is also friendly and chatty.
I love that she’s also nurturing future talent through her teaching skills too.

Google I came out very disappointed as was nothing like I had asked for. Was curled so difficult to see the cut but assured would definitely look different. I Wanted a re-style , none of my family or friends noticed any difference. Had to book with another salon as embarrassed to return. The lady was very friendly but not experienced enough

Google Had my waxing done today by Lorraine, who was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave me my most pain-free wax experience ever. Fantastic. Booked again for 6 weeks and will most definitely book other treatments in too. Highly recommended.

Google When you walk in everyone is always so lovely and kind. I had my eyebrows waxed by Lorraine who was so kind and thoughtful she offered me a blanket/ towel as I said I was cold. I love what she has done with my eyebrows they look amazing. Will definitely be going again.
