Can't recommend this place enough! Salon is very clean, and provided amazing service during my visit. Incredible attention to detail, very friendly staff who were able to fulfil my various design requests even when I kept changing my mind they were still very accommodating. Absolutely adore my new nail set, will definitely be back!

Edit: Came back again for a new Spring set!

Been getting my nails done from here for years!
They ladies are lovely and always have a smile on their face, even when I do change my mind half way through about a colour, but they are always happy to change anything I’m not happy with.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Really disappointed with this salon. Incorrect application of the false nail on my daughter under the acrylic meant that the nails were not rounded and pointing down in a natural way like a nail does, but pointed upwards! Lots of fat acrylic left on the underside of the nail as well. She intended to go back but had uni so time went on - and embarrassment of a teen asking for them to fix it didn't help! Sister in law is nail tec but not local and she spotted the error of application right away.

Thought we would give it a few days or so to settle and unfortunately got flu after that so could not go back without risk of making people sick!

When we did go back they agreed to remove the nails.

Afterwards I was expecting that they will honour the replacement set to fix the error of only having a set on for a week before being able to return and was told I'd have to pay again. This is a student who got a bad job done in their salon and they refuse simply to even offer any replacement or even a discount/loyalty stamps to show they actually care about their repeat business.

Was looking for a local salon as love to support local business but when the goal is instantly money and not customer service, you lose me as a client ongoing! In addition they only accept cash or bank transfer and refuse to issue receipts which I think is poor practice. In future if I use anywhere I will do a transfer instead of cash as at least there is a paper trail!

Overall they could have gained 2 or 3 clients from our family and for the long term but they choose to follow the money for short term gain so issuing loyalty cards is pointless as they don't really care about loyalty I guess!

Been to one in Alton and they don't accept anything but cash and will hold you hostage to the cash machine rather than even accept a transfer. When are people going to speak out about these salons?

Anyway, not the most impressive example that is out there, will have to search for much better option in future!

Thank you for your review. We’re sorry to hear your experience did not meet expectations and would like to clarify a few points.

As it had been two weeks since the original appointment, this would normally require an infill, however, the set had already been fully cut down before returning, meaning the original work could no longer be assessed or corrected. For this reason, we were unable to offer a complimentary replacement set. As a goodwill gesture, we offered a free soak-off/removal.

Our policy, available to all clients, asks that any concerns are raised promptly so they can be addressed at the time. We did not receive any photos or communication prior to the return visit.
We are a small independent business and must apply our policies fairly and consistently. While we value and support local clients, we’re unable to provide full services free of charge outside of policy.

For clarity, we do accept card payments and provide receipts upon request. We kindly ask that any statements made about our business are accurate and reflect genuine experiences, as incorrect allegations can be misleading.

We would also kindly ask that comments relating to other salons are kept separate from our page.
