I've been a frequent customer here for a few years. Creature of habit and get the same thing every time. The one thing I couldn't get past was the varying price costs everytime I came in for a service for the same thing. When you get to the till, the would just make up the total, their card with prices is just for decoration. You're better off asking how much it will costs before you start the service even then at the end they add a few pounds thinking you won't notice. Even when it came to using the 10% discount, it's would sometimes not be accurate. Some days are cash, others not. HMRC would love to hear about this!
I also couldn't help but notice how they interacted with their white clients in comparison to me. They would ask they other clients how they're are, normal chat. Me - silence and I was regular customer all year round. Honestly got fed up for it and also after noticing the standard of quality went downhill, there were 3 occasions were I had a full set done and all my acrylics were just constantly breaking and I'm very careful and experienced. Taking my money elsewhere and won't be returning.

I've been coming here for years but sadly today I walked out. As always I book a time and every time I'm sat waiting for my appointment time due the the staff's inefficiency and inability to time manage and book people in when they are free. To hear while I'm sat there that they had booked people into the same time as me only within the last hour, yet my appointment was booked in 5 hours earlier is a complete slap in the face. So sadly I do not recommend this place. Which is a shame as when you finally did get you your appointment the nails were always done really well. But as stated to the staff and the owner I will NEVER BE BACK!!!! AVOID!!!!!

After moving areas I had to find a new nail salon, I tried gorgeous nail bar in Alton today for the first time and they are absolutely amazing. The man who did my nails was so friendly and gentle he made sure my nails were perfect and the prices are fair too I would highly recommend Gorgeous nail bar to anyone, I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and these guys are by far the best. I’m very happy with my nails thank you very much.

I’ve been going to this place for 2.5years. Always had smaller issues (1 or 2nails breaking, always cutting into my skin with the file etc) but this time is absolutely ridiculous. I don’t have the strongest nails so often had to have a new set. This time I waited 4 (FOUR) months to get completely new fresh nails of my own.
Here’s the result of a new set after just 2 weeks! on my completely healthy new strong nails (see pic).
Moreover the owner became extremely rude to his staff now. Has always been but he thinks just because the guests can’t understand their language he can get away with it. He is constantly shouting with them, and the tone of his voice makes it obvious so as soon as he arrives, the atmosphere freezes. Poor guys do not stop working for a minute and still got this treatment. Awful behaviour from a manager.
