I’m extremely disappointed with this service. I specifically asked for BIAB nails, round and short, yet only gel was used instead. The nails are uneven, bumpy, poorly shaped, and look unfinished — completely unacceptable for a paid professional service.

I paid £65 for toes and nails and raised concerns during the appointment, but the staff member was cold and unapproachable, which made me uncomfortable continuing the conversation.

I contacted the salon afterwards with clear photos and requested a refund as I no longer trusted a redo. I was offered a redo only, and my request for a refund has since been ignored.

Based on the quality of work and the lack of customer care afterwards, I would not recommend this salon.

very poor quality nails after paying £50! Asked for brown but instead it turned out not what i expected and turned red absolute fuming these are not far even worth £30 if there would be a option for zero stars you would be lucky you even get one!

I know you don’t take well to criticism—but honestly, they should be helping you improve your service. You shouldn’t be bitter toward those who pay for your service—we just wanted what we paid for. You reply with “Don’t even know who you are” — just rude and childish.

I had nail extensions this month and wanted some trendy nails I saw on TikTok—glass effect/cat’s eye nails in a summery pearl tone. It was my first time having my nails done professionally. The worker never spoke to me, just rushed through. They would throw my hands in the UV nail lamp, flick my fingers if they “got in the way,” and filed too hard, which hurt my skin.
I was confused when they finished because my nails didn’t look ANYTHING like what I asked for. I just sat there, perplexed. The worker laughed it off and said I was new to the other customer and grabbed the card machine. Honest to God, I had UNEVEN glittery nails, in the wrong colour — it doesn’t even have that “glass” effect. Some extensions are bigger and longer on one side than the other, the glue is inside the lateral nail folds (side of fingers), and they stick out unnaturally — oh, and there are dried blobs of glue under the extensions, super messy. My fingers also stung when I got home for some reason. I’m now in the process of removing them at home.

I’ve been kind to even give stars because it was simple to get an appointment at your salon. I should have waited for Rubie Nails’ line to go down. This has put me off ever getting my nails done again.

Was in today and had gel infills. The gentleman was very nice and professional and he was very gentle as I have arthritis in my fingers and they don’t bend very well. My nails are lovely and will definitely be back and would recommend. Thank you once again

I went in to have the "luxury pedicure" the treatment had been advertised as a lemon fizz bomb foot bath, removal of hard skin , massage and gel nails.
I didn't receive any of this. No lemon fizz bomb, no hard skin removed, the gel was a completey different colour to the one I chose, the application is thick and has bled into my cuitical. I paid £40 and I feel this is a lot of money for what I received.
I have just seen the stock answer the owner gives to ever poor review they receive....why not try to have a look at the issue rather than saying you don't know me?....you took the money for om my bank account, for a very poor service

Have been going here since they first opened. Never had any problems with chipping, breakage etc. always on time with appointments.
