Went to this nail & beauty salon to get my nails done for the first time two weeks ago and decided to go back before holiday and all I can say is that the staff are very talented at what they do! They explain things well and are quick even when they are busy and produce such lovely nails for a really good price! Will always go back to them!

Called ahead to get an exact quote on services but when I arrived for some reason the young working was super rude trying to convince to change what I wanted (saying the previous work was trash) with a condescending insistence. I declined and she was unpleasant the entire time. Also, I had one nail that needed to be replaced and in the end — that’s the only one that fell off within a week while all the pre-existing extensions she wanted me to remove remained in tact… Just overall bad vibes. Hopefully she reads this and is reprimanded for poor service.

Staff were nice. However I was told half hour wait. I waited 1 hour 30 minutes. They then served someone before me who arrive after me. Eventually I was seen, but my nail technician left mid way to do someone else’s nails. Someone came to finish my nails after 20 minutes and rushed them. My nails were horrendous and not worth the time or money paid. Overall I was there for almost 4 hours. Shocking.

Usually quite happy with the quality here & the staff are very friendly!
but was cut along my cuticles 5 times today which bled and hurt, felt very rushed.

Discriminatory staff. Went today for threading and the woman at the counter was extremy dismissive and rude. I politely asked for threading but she responded "I have no time - no today not tomorrow nor any other day in the week". There was only 2 clients in the shop with other staff and 2 other staff were free including the woman... Even when I asked if I could come back later, she said I wont have time and dont know when in the week she would be available... She wont even give an appointment for another time. This place should change their staff or get training on basic ethics and respectful customer service for all clients. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience of utter rudeness.
