nice staff but terrible nails me and my freinds were cut and they never acknowledged that they hurt us . wonky application and jagged sides filing our skin not our nails . not worth the price will not be returning

10/10 would defo recommend and will be returning.
It’s not very often I’m able to get my nails done due to work.
My mum goes here and does my sister and their nails are always amazing.
Had a bit of an iffy start but that was due to me not speaking up and not realising at the time but I cannot fault the customer service and how quickly everything was resolved

Had acrylics done 2 weeks before Christmas for my chritmas party and to last for Christmas. Nail polish was already coming off by the next morning (not even 24 hours after them being done) contacted them and I went back in, had the colour corrected and clear put back on top. 13 days later, 2 of my nails were already lifting (before Christmas) I contacted again and was told to go in, The girl squirted nail glue under the nail, 4 days later and the same nails lifted and come off. £43 for just under 2 weeks of acrylics. Learnt my lesson, won't use again. Gutted is an under statement.

Lydney nails are very good. Have been going there for a while now. Can just walk in which is very handy. Reasonably priced too. Have always done a good job of my nails. Very good at nail art too. I highly recommend it.

I asked for a basic design the lady was unable to do this! And has cut my cuticles leaving them bleeding! I got up and left my appointment as clear she was a un trained nail tech’s! Left in a lot of pain avoid at all cost!!!!!
