I've attempted to give this place a fair chance. Four times now. Each time, I've either tried to book or walk in, and every time I’ve been met with the same cold, dismissive attitude. Most recently, I walked in and asked a simple question about a nail colour, and before I could even finish my sentence, I was told to leave. No explanation. No courtesy.

What makes this worse is that just minutes after I was turned away, another customer walked in and was immediately welcomed and given service. No questions asked. I’ve witnessed this more than once now. I’m told “no space” while others are accommodated without hesitation, even when the salon is clearly not busy.

After four separate attempts and identical treatment each time, it’s hard to ignore the pattern. I truly wanted to believe it was just bad timing or miscommunication, but it’s become painfully clear that there’s something deeper going on here. The only conclusion I can draw from my experience is that this salon discriminates based on race, and that is beyond unacceptable.

Not only are the staff dismissive and rude, but the blatant disregard and disrespect I’ve faced points to something much more harmful than poor customer service.

had nails done here previously, the man pushed back my cuticle with his own nail causing it to bleed and then get infected. they’re also very cheap quality

I had my nails done for the first time today at Eva’s nails I am not pleased with the experience however the overall look of nails are great

The worker was drilling the side of my nails as any nail tech would do but many cuts was at the side of ALL of my fingers . The worker noticed the cuts as there we blood when he noticed he wiped it with a brush which has left blood stains dripping down my fingers

I’ve never felt worse pain while getting my nails done before as I’ve had my nails done numerous times . And I do not recommend attending Eva’s nails shop .

I had my nails done for the third time at Evas nails today and usually it is okay experience but I cannot say that for today. I will never be returning and discouraging anyone else from doing the same.

I went to get an infill for my previous set and when the guy started drilling my previous design off he noticed one of my nails were ever so slightly loose so he decided to RIP IT OFF!!! My actual nail came off underneath and I was in so much pain and bled everywhere for about 25 minutes.

After that I suggested we stop and not continue only to be told “no” that it was fine and we can continue although my finger was throbbing and blood was everywhere. He then decided to glue my skin back together with nail glue so that we could continue.

The blood was wiped off using the brush, nail clippers and the drill as well which i presume they had no time or intention to clean after which is also very dangerous.

I was still charged full price for this set of nails.

I went for a manicure, they did my cuticles with an electric file and now I have to spend months growing out my messed up nails where they gouged into them. Also nicked my cuticles several times and everything there looked filthy. Would not go back.

Absolutely appalling business. Was overcharged for my nail set. I contacted them to ask for the refund in the difference and they had no clue about their prices and what my nail set actually was. I asked for an acrylic powder plus tips and I was charged way over what I should have paid. The nails are very low quality and I would not recommend anyone to use this place to get your nails done the owners are very unprofessional and have no clue about there prices and it all seems a bit dodgy. Only go here if you want to be over charged for rubbish nails. Avoid at all costs.
