Hotel itself very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was also good. What let it down was the food in the evening and the spa. I nooked a 25 min head , shoulder and neck massage over the phone 10 days before my stay. When I got there they had no record of my booking. Have seen other reviews commenting on this as they had the same experience.

Hugely disappointed that the facial treatment which was booked as a birthday present for my partner was cancelled with less than 2hrs notice. Tough luck, nothing we can do. Not a great way to start our 2 night stay in the hotel

Stayed here for a bridge break between Christmas and New Year. Comfortable modern rooms with a fridge, great toiletries and fast free Internet. Fantastic freshly cooked full English buffet breakfast and meals, and 12 fast (and all working!) EV chargers outside the front door!

Despite booking a king-size bed, I was given two single mattresses joined together. The staff mentioned that the hotel does not have king-size mattresses, which contradicts the advertised room details. TV casting was also not working

I had such a bad experience with the Spa staff here. The Spa is suppose to be calming and tranquil - the staff are rude and short. I had to cancel my appointment due to sickness and the spa manager had a go at me and hung up the phone on me. I tried to dispute and they charged me £99 for an appointment I could not make due to sickness - and accused me of not cancelling it in time (pick up the phone so I can!!!). I've emailed, called, complained and nothing. Staff is rude, the spa is dirty and the rooms are not the best. They are spacious but unclean - my room had hair on the floor. Spa towels had hairs stuck in them. The hotel itself is super loud - so many drunk people in the evenings. The food is bad - bland and menu is limited. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

First visit here yesterday, treated my mum to a spa day with treatments for her birthday and we enjoyed our day.

All staff were friendly and welcoming but a special thank you to Dan, he was amazing.

Lunch was lovely too, we would definitely visit again

I had a pleasant Spa day, which was booked online. The deal included a treatment and lunch and glass of Prosecco. My friend and I arrived at 10am and there were a few minor issues. The steam room was out of order. Our lunch was very delayed and the restaurant staff were helpful but it seemed they were under pressure and under staffed. The highlight of the day was my Spa treatment. I was looked after so well by Natasha who was warm, friendly and professional.
This was the best facial treatment (mini facial) I have had and I have had many over the years. Overall a good day.

No proper communication from staff of my booking. I had breakfast included wasnt communicated and I was told dinner and dinner wasnt part of the package I had to spend an extra money and also missed breakfast because I didnt know it was included. Terrible check in service
