this nail place was a letdown. The staff seemed uninterested I felt rushed and the quality suffered. My nails chipped within two days, Definitely not worth the money or the hassle 👎🏽

Usually a very short wait 15 mins max, would recommend Don he is excellent 👌 love the shape of my nails, he pays great attention to detail exactly the way I wanted them.

Awful experience. Girl was really rough and impatient, swatting my hands away if they weren’t in exact position. I turned slightly to look at my phone and she told me very rudely to stop moving! I was looking for advice on colour and two other females came over ( one looked in charge ) claimed they couldn’t understand ( I wanted a nude/ gold for a wedding. They obviously became frustrated with me and were practically throwing colour charts at me. Clearly annoyed. It was awful . I just stayed quiet but actually wanted to walk out in middle of it. Ended up agreeing to anything just to get it over with .Been to many nail salons and have never experienced anything like it .

Don't go near this place they have 5 employees doing nails and only 1 person's certificate. They charge ridiculous prices and not using uk standard products!! They sit on their phones and talk in their own language and laugh all the times very unprofessional and rude!! And are clearly taking about people on the salon. I would say only 1 at a push 2 of them are qualified nail technicians the others are just off the boat with no qualifications!! A joke.

Absolute rubbish, £33 pound for gel nails with tiny little love hearts the application is a mess had to pick gel off my skin around the fingers. I think they just make up their own prices! Won’t be back.

So, they are on holiday and get staff from the Shettleston shop in ( which btw has dreadful reviews) had my nails done twice by the Shettleston people and twice had to ask her to take skin off around my nails and also for oil on at the end? I SHOULDNT need to!!…Also nails chipped and they don’t do that when regular guys do them…. never asked how much I wanted cut off nails too? Ended up too short!
Asked for new treatment card ( you get £5 off after so many stamps) she gave me it for the Shettleston shop although I got my nails done I’m Tollcross!! 😂
