Not at the fault of Lucy herself she did try and help me out . I went in for a nail repair and the polish was too thick so ended up getting the nails taken off but as a result of that the nail tech has now injured me .

Also thank you to Lucy for all her help in helping out with a new set of nails . Amazing service from yourself thank you

My daughter had her nails done by a boy who completely ruined her nails, he put too many layers on which never cured, she went back twice, he was very rough with her, she was treated very unprofessional and ended up having all nails taken of and ended up with cut and sore fingers....no attempt by them to compensate therefore wouldn't recommend anyone trying them.....their attitude was unbelievable

Over priced I went to get Builder gel with simple nail art and it cost £47 the price wasn’t discussed before hand. After getting quotes from several other nail salons at around 30-35 the price definitely seems expensive. On top of this the quality was below what I’ve have received in the past from other retailers. One week on I have chips and peeling. The staff, atmosphere, wait time and cleanliness were all excellent. However the pricing and quality of the nails was not. My first and last time at Lucy’s unfortunately.

Popped in on the off chance to see about having my nails done and the daughters before she heads home again. Both sorted this morning, not disappointed at all. Both sets look amazing.

Super friendly, great nail technicians and the full range of options including BIAB, acrylic and gel.manicures and pedicures with the super comfy chairs. Really clean and tidy environment and always a smile and big welcome on arrival.
