Haven’t even gone here but was considering it until I saw that nearly all the many reviews from the past two years detail how rude and incompetent they are. Not one or two disgruntled customers: the thumbs down are many. Taking my business elsewhere.

Not at all worth the money.
Very poor service, I was herded in and out in a hurry even though I was the only client for half an hour or so and had made the appointment by phone the day before to secure my pamper time. The Pedicure was a rush job with 3 pitiful pats as the massage and my nails were simply tidied. I also had a basic manicure which was exactly the same shabby experience, and when I washed my hands after the tidying and filing down they decided they had had finished with me !! No hand massage & no Hand cream. It was only when I left the shop and my hands were drying out from the wash that I turned back to request some cream to finish off my hands myself and I was directed to the cream which I applied and left.

It seemed they just wanted to get it over with and get my money. The worst thing is that when I came in and asked for the cream - they pointed to where it is and carried on - no apparent idea that that was bad service.

Don’t think they even noticed the problem there.

Seems like they just want to get you and take your money and get you out.

Seriously disappointed and £50 for a job myself

The only saving grace was the massage chair which gave me a little background wildlife sat through this very disappointing treatment

Nails looked nice on a surface level, but standards and quality of acrylic nails here are poor. Acrylic was extremely thick, and when I visited my usual salon to have them removed and get a new set I ended up not even being able to get them removed fully because my nails had been damaged so much that I just had to let the acrylic grow out or risk losing my natural nails. If you care about your nails do not go here.

Awful experience. Staff are extremely rude and rarely speak to clients. I was halfway through getting my nails done when I was asked to go and sit elsewhere whilst the technician did someone else’s nails which took 30 minutes. The price was also increased at the end and did not match what was stated on their pricing board, this also happened to the other women in at the same time.

Terrible. Wife and I got nails done here, and they used a drill on our nails which tore them to pieces. Never coming back here.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Decided to get our wedding nails here unfortunately... They drilled over our nails, and left it like that for my husband. Asked to make cuticles, and they said "you don't need this" and "we don't do this". They put a thick layer of acrylic on my nails so I couldn't get rid of it myself.

Asked about the hygiene beforehand and they say they maintain it. Looking at the drill with someone's nail dust, I asked what this is and asked to get it off. They said they won't because this is not supposed to be washed (???).

They made the job very fast and dirty- just to get rid of us. The staff doesn't speak any English and they were quite rude, so I couldn't even ask for what I wanted.

Never going back. Heard about a story where they made A HOLE in someone's nail!!! How does this place stay open???

I know they ask people to delete the comments and offer to remake - but a woman from a recent review got her nail infected. So there is NO WAY I am coming back, even if they pay me.

Rushed by rude staff. Didn’t even get the colour that I wanted - instead it was chosen for me by one of the nail technicians. I tried to explain but gave up in the end as I got nowhere. They should also make it clear on their website and instagram that it is cash only. Would definitely not recommend unfortunately :(

DON’T GO! I went today & they completely ruined my nails, filed into my nail bed so that it was bleeding. It hurt so bad and burnt while they continued to do my nails, I sat there crying for 30min and they didn’t do anything, didn’t even offer me a tissue and still expected me to pay full price. Scared that it will get infected.

Worst salon ever, got my finger nail infected. Had to spend 200£ to get to hospital. When I came over to salon to get this sorted staff started arguing with me, asking about where I am from, screaming, and being so disrespectful. Also started recording without my permission. Disgusting! Do not recommend this salon.

I have visited this nail bar in total 3 times.
My first two visits my nails were good they lasted a very long time.
Thins time it was someone I haven’t seen before he used pressure when filing my nails resulting in breaking and weakening of my nails, nails were not filed in to a good shape!
After nails had their gel on and cured he went back in and filed resulting in chips shortly after.
