Nails were very long almond shaped going in, went in for a take off and re do biab. Sat down and the guy straight filed over half the nail length off, I had to stop him! He left them too short to do proper almond shape so now the nails are cut in down the sides of the nail bed and there's marks in the finger where the nail used to sit and it's been filed down to salvage.

Thank god nails grow back but that's months of hard work growing them for them to be filed to stubs in seconds. 4 of the right hand side nails are filed squint, all leaning to the right. They're too short now to even go somewhere else to fix them now. Palm up I can't even see them over my finger tips now. I assume he thought I had extensions on and was wanting a reapply but I didn't ask for that at any point and I was clear they were biab I needed taken off and reapplied.
I had to sit there til he finished so I didn't leave my nails bare, half filed off and vulnerable.

Genuinely so disappointed, I've spent 4 months working to have the nails grow and shaped for it all to be ruined immediately upon sitting. I don't know why I sat there honestly. I should have stood up and went somewhere else the moment I stopped him making my nails stubs.

Will never go back.

Added photo of nail length when I went in to when I left.

Definitely the best nail spa in kirkcaldy, well ventilated, friendly staff. Five star device and they are all so talented!! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Was in today for an appointment for 3pm I was seated and left to wait. There was then people come in for walk ins after me and 2 walk ins were taken before me leaving me waiting. I then left at 3.40pm without my nails done! To get an apology while laughing is rude!
