Google Staff are overall kind and pleasant to talk to but the man who did my nails clearly had no clue what he was doing. The lengths of my nails were all different, some way longer than others and one came clean off without even any glue residue in six days, another 3 were lifting. I got polka dot design and the dots were different sizes on all nails and they charged extra for me asking them to redo- which I had to ask 3 times. He filed and cut my cuticle and trimmed them really badly, just leaving them all dry and peeling. Not painful, just strange and needed to be moisturised a lot. Do not recommend.

Google Can’t listen to what customers ask for. I asked for medium nails had them cut perfectly and then had them filed down so short it was not worth the money I spent. Then they tried to make
Me pay £50 more on top to take them off and fixed them. Absolutely appalling.
Owner Response:
Hello, we’ve checked and couldn’t find your name on our appointment book. Please call to discuss in details but we don’t think you’ve got the right salon! We’ll report this to Google legal team for investigation.

Google I been using them for nearly a year but today was my worst and I will not be returning I asked for all new extensions and she only did 2 even though I asked few times and my nails were cut too short they kept changing over staff and wasn't friendly then charged me 38 pound which wasn't the right price .so I will not be returning
