CJ always makes a fab job of my nails and she’s the first nail tech that’s managed to apply BIAB that stays on my nails for more than 3 weeks!! Lovely salon with other services available and all the girls seem lovely too.

Went not long ago and that was my 1st time here and was not disappointed. Had a full head colour and wee cut im so happy with my hair looks and feels amazing the hair stylist Anna was amazing and done an amazing job on my hair and she was an absolute lovley person all the girls are lovley and chatty and make you feel welcome Anna was brilliant.
Definitely be back and making this my new hairdressers.best salon! Thank you Anna

I booked an appointment to have my hair lightened to a bright, cool shade – everything was agreed upon in detail. The result was disastrous. Instead of the blonde I had envisioned, I ended up with intense copper tones, which were neither discussed nor approved by me. The hairdresser offered to fix it, but after seeing this outcome, I have absolutely no trust in her skills. In my opinion, she lacks basic competence, and giving her my hair again would be a huge risk. Such unprofessional work and inability to achieve the agreed color is something others should definitely be warned about.

This salon offers first-class service and all treatments at a very reasonable price.

Compared to the high prices charged in town & city salons, this is without a doubt a 'hidden gem'

I have spent an obscene amount of money for years and received only an okay look.

I have only ever left feeling a million dollars with the Hidden Gem.

All the stylists are highly experienced and will offer you advice and recommendations, without making you feel pressured.

With its friendly, chilled atmosphere, this has to be one of my favourite places to go.

Anna very nice and gentle. Does a great job. Not sure how her pricing goes though, my first visit I got my roots and a full head cut for £60 on very short hair, second visit roots and only a neck tidy £63??

Fantastic service and lovely staff. My daughter had her nails and make up done here and they were wonderful.
Update - after seeing my daughter's gorgeous nails I started coming to Lauren for BIAB. Lovely professional service. Reasonable prices and fantastic nails.
