I absolutely adored my nails! They turned out just as I had envisioned, perfectly complementing my dress. The service was not only fast but incredibly precise. I felt ready to party as a wedding guest!

Very disappointed. Such an unprofessional nail technician. I had my biab done in here yesterday . The girl removed my biab fully without my consent. Then applied new one. Now my nails are flat. The stuff she used burned ( never happened before). It felt really rushed. She never used mini brush to do the edges or to make nice shape in the middle with the biab. She just brushed that on. I just wanted to leave as soon I could. She is definitely not professional nail technician.
Just a reply. No my nails were perfect,non they were not lifting, on the other hand now they do. I only asked for fill and new colour. It was shocking. What I got done there. She shorten my nails even when I said to keep it same. All nails uneven.Not properly shaped. Not filled in properly. Stop making costumer look bad when it’s your business at fault.You have people in who are not properly trained and qualified. I came with lovely nails, got left with disaster. For sure I do not accept your apology or offer to come back, no way I will go anywhere near your business.

Hi Mila , firstly we are really really sorry that you were not happy with our service . We think it was the first time you have come to us so probably you felt a bit different about the way of doing biab from somewhere you got them done before . We would like to give you apology for this service and would like to give you some explanation .
- The Biab you got them done last time somewhere was not good and mostly lifted underneath and that’s why she told when doing it that she needed to remove where biab was lifted and infill ( cover ) new biab for you and we never take them off without consent from customer . Unfortunately , one whole biab nail was lifted all so she needed to remove and get new one to void in case it will come off easily and affect real nails underneath .
- Biab is a kind of thick , strong one and sometimes the weather was hot
so it would be a bit hot in a few seconds and normal after that .
Once again, we are really sorry and hopefully you can give us a chance to serve you in a best way in the future . Thanks for reading 🫶
