I would not recommend Top Nails UK unless it’s an absolute last resort. My experience was extremely disappointing.
• The BIAB was applied lumpy and uneven, leaving my nails looking stumpy and messy.
• When I asked for a pink shimmer, I was told they didn’t have it, even though I could clearly see it there. Instead, I was rushed into picking another colour.
• The gel finish is full of air bubbles and looks thick and bumpy.
• The way my hands were handled was far too rough – the filing was so aggressive it actually left me with small cuts.
• There’s no customer service, no care, and the prices seem to change every visit with no consistency.

I walked away with short, uneven nails that I’m really unhappy with. Definitely not worth the money or the discomfort.

The older gentleman should step away from doing nails!

I now have to have my nails redone somewhere else the same day..

Great staff and friendly environment. Unfortunately, not happy with service. I got biab infill and the gentleman doing my nails thinned them so much with the drill that two of them have broken and lifted off two days later. I’ve had biab done for over a year and never had a problem like this. I’m not local so I can’t even go back to get them fixed. Very disappointed!
