Wish I went elsewhere. Disappointed wonky nails and paint job shoddy missing parts. Grew my nails to a nice length and the manager filed them right down and not even straight. Sharp edges. The owner of the business was too occupied talking to other people then paying attention to what she was doing. What makes it worse when your a bride and you get nails like this done!

Never going anywhere else for my nails, I had a silly idea recently to do my own at home (with a very old UV gel nails kit, and I'm just not very good at it) however they started chipping after a couple days, so rather than ruin them even more I went in on the off chance of someone able to help.... They were angels enough to fit me in, but then it turned out my gel did not soak off, and was a real pain to deal with, however young Jodie was super amazing and very patiently and carefully removed all the awful gel, did a full manicure and repainted with much better gel polish.... It's literally the best anyone has ever done my nails for me, and I will be sticking with these ladies from now on! My nails and cuticles have never looked so healthy!! Before doing them myself I had been somewhere else for a builder gel, which started lifting off almost immediately because they hadn't done anything to the cuticle area. I am so happy with how they look now! Thankyou ever so! This could be my new favourite place knowing I can also nip in for a massage or other treatments too!

I had the most relaxing deluxe facial by Holly. She made me feel really welcome, being my first facial she explained what she was going to be doing throughout the treatment and made me feel at ease. I left the salon glowing and feeling like a new woman. I’m so excited to come back again for my next one. Thank you so much xx

I had an appointment booked to have my eyelashes done, they cancelled on me last minute and now I am unable to re-book with them or anyone else to get them done before my holiday due to short notice. If they had made me aware of this when I booked I would have been able to book elsewhere or arrange another time. I am very unhappy and won’t be using again.

I love this place. Steph is amazing and my nails have never looked so good. Kate the owner is great, the one and only time I had an issue with my nails was on my very first appointment and she rectified the issue no problem .. very professional and would have no problem recommending them. I will never ever go back to one of the cheap nail bars again. So lovely to have a chat and feel pampered!!
