As much as I would like to give this review more than 2 stars, sadly I don't feel that I can. I popped into TNB as a walk-in and only had to wait 10 minutes which was great however I think I had the least experienced nail tech.
I requested infills which yes, I got, but my fingers and nails have been left extremely sore and cut up. Not only that, but all my nails are different lengths and shapes.
I have been having my nails done for over 15 years so know exactly what to expect. The nail tech took a lot longer than the average tech, (which wasn't the biggest of deal) but it soon made me realise that he wasn't 100% confident in what he was doing.
I came to TNB off the recommendation of another customer, but I think, as I said, didn't get the best nail tech.
What I will say, is that the staff were very friendly and the salon was nice and clean.
Unfortunately, I won't be returning.

I had such a great experience at this salon! I came in with a bunch of inspiration pictures and literally stacks of nail stickers, which I know was probably a little overwhelming 😅 Even though there was some initial confusion about the exact look I was going for, they were incredibly patient, kind, and really took the time to understand my vision.

I really appreciated how professional and accommodating they were, especially with such a detailed and specific request. If you’re looking for a salon that’s patient, talented, and willing to work with your creative ideas, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be coming back! 💅✨

I been going to the nail bar for years, I’m actually really disappointed this has happened. I always get assigned the same nail tech and last time I got my nails done I wanted a design he seemed annoyed about it . I go in for him to fix a nail which was lifting and he said he will put glue on it and to come back for infill but not today. He clearly couldn’t be bothered to do one nail. I go in today to get a infill done and same nail tech I was assigned to. Due to him not fixing that one nail I asked for it lead to my nail underneath breaking as the glue lifted and he was shaking his head like it was my fault ??I asked y to fix it and u didn’t .As he proceeds to do my nails he grabs two files and throws one on the table aggressively as he rotates between two files he throws one on my hand I said ouch and he goes sorry. He then proceeds to file my nails around my nail bed and files my skin too and It was stinging I wondered why until I looked at my nails they looked dry as ever. Once he was done with my nails he grabs a cuticle cutter and says your nails are very dry I was so insulted I said no you filed my skin too. He then speaks his language in front of me laughs with the owner whiles im paying. I’m never going back there I’m very sad this has happened. I still proceeded to say thank you and paid.
