Google What a splendid little haven The Signature Spa is. I popped in for a much-needed tidy-up and left feeling utterly polished, relaxed and rather chuffed with the whole experience. The therapist was warm, attentive and had a proper knack for making the treatment feel bespoke rather than rushed. My skin looked fresh, my nails were immaculate, and the whole salon had that calm, elegant atmosphere that makes you want to linger with a cuppa. A smashing choice for anyone after a bit of pampering done with real care.

Google Honestly, I can’t recommend the Signature Spa enough. From the moment you walk in, you just feel instantly relaxed. It’s such a calm, peaceful setting and feels like a proper escape.
The therapists are all so friendly and really know what they’re doing. They actually listen and tailor everything to you, which makes such a difference. I left feeling amazing and my skin looked so much better straight away.
Everything just feels really nice quality without being over the top. It’s just easy, relaxing and you feel looked after.
Will 100% be coming back, wouldn’t go anywhere else now

Google Dissapointment. My friend booked me a Spa packages as a birthday treat a little while back, the therapist was a nice girl and treatment was great but there’s no shower let alone a hot tub. It’s not a spa so don’t know how they can call themselves a spa. Didn’t want to complain as it was a gift but I keep seeing ads and it makes me laugh as it’s not as great as it sounds. Small place, needs a fresh lick of paint. The room had a frosted window attached to the next room so you could hear the people next door. Relaxing area was in an upstairs attic room with junk stashed behind a tatty screen. Location hard to find as there’s no signs off main road and a really pot hole track down to the car park. Pitch black when I left. Not the best experience

As an independent, small business, The Signature Spa offers multi award-winning treatment experiences, focused on advanced skin results and deep relaxation within a boutique setting.
We are a health and beauty day spa and are always clear in our positioning — our focus is on high-quality, personalised treatments rather than leisure facilities such as pools or hot tubs.
We do have shower facilities within our building which we would have happily shown you to had you asked.
We take great pride in our environment and standards, which are reflected in our client feedback, and we continue to invest in and refine the overall experience.
With regards to access, the lane is maintained by Essex Highways and was repaired earlier this year, so this is outside of our control.

Google I’ve just had my third deep tissue massage, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. I initially went due to water retention, and the lymphatic drainage aspect has been unbelievable.
The difference in my legs is incredible — they feel so much lighter, and the aching has reduced significantly. What I didn’t expect was how much it would improve my sleep too — I’ve been sleeping so much better since starting these treatments.
It’s not just a massage, it’s genuinely made a noticeable difference to how I feel day to day. Absolutely amazing experience every time

Google I had a winter ritual with Antonia. This is my second time with her. Oh my goodness, what a wonderful experienced. I don’t think I ever felt so good from a SPA treatment. It is a must. I drive 45 minutes to get there - worth it!
