Edit - I left this review a year ago and the business only just responding now - a year later, validates my opinion. Yes I am sure that I am reviewing the correct business.

In the mean time I’m struggling to find a booking under your name back dated to this period and do not remember your visit to the salon? all of your other reviews are for locations an hour away from us so please in your email can you include the treatment an staff member that served you. As I’m unsure if you have the wrong business. Thank you for your feedback

Google On the plus side the staff are super lovely and they do their best with what they have. For a basic set of nails this will do the trick.
Unfortunately I wasn't very impressed with the lack of choices they offered. I had to use my option B twice now as they didn't have basic colours such as a silver cat eye effect (which is very popular currently) or a rose gold shimmer. They also didn't have enough stock to do my extension tips which meant a nail on each side didn't actually fit and was hardly attached - causing it to collect dirt super quickly and break off!
These are all things that can be fixed so hopefully will be better soon.

We do apologise for the limited options available during your visit. We were unfortunately low on stock for extension tips at the time, and we completely understand how disappointing that must have been. We also want to be transparent that our silver cat eye option had been experiencing peeling when used with mirror chrome, so we made the decision to pause offering it while we continue our search for a chrome we feel is fully satisfactory and long-lasting for our clients.
At present, we do have two rose gold shimmer options — one gel colour and one loose shimmer — both quite subtle, so we completely understand if these weren’t the shade or look you were hoping for or envisioned.
Your feedback is genuinely appreciated and helps us improve, and we’re actively working on expanding our stock and color range from this. It was lovely to have met you and we truly hope to welcome you back again soon and provide you with an even better experience next time

Google Had my eyebrows micro-bladed yesterday and they look incredible! Cherish is so amazing at her job, she is a beautiful person inside and out and so professional and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my appointment even more in her extremely beautiful salon. People have even commented on my beautiful brows! Thank you x

Google What a beautiful salon🩷 the girls are so lovely and happy ! I felt extremely welcome from when I walked in to when I left ! Liz who done my massage treatment was amazing ! She made me feel so comfortable from when she greeted me to when I left and my treatment was extremely relaxing❤️ I will definitely be coming back for more facials and massages❤️ thank you Liz ❤️

Google Warm and welcoming. Have been going every 4 weeks for the last few months and never walked out disappointed. Any issues they are quick enough to resolve it.
