Google Had a waxing appointment booked for the day before my holiday. I turned up and the shop was shut, no one was answering the phone and no one replied to my email. My appointment had been confirmed and the hours on google showed the shop should have been open all day so i was very confused. I had to run around to find somewhere last minute before my holiday. I waited to see if i would get a response to explain what had happened - I thought maybe there had been an emergency. However, this happened 4th July and I still have heard nothing back. Super inconvenient and unprofessional.

Google Tracey was so great! She was really friendly and chatty, made the whole experience enjoyable and took my mind off from any waxing discomfort 😄. She was very thorough with her work and made sure I was comfortable all the way through. Must also say she was very gentle and I barely felt any pain. Excellent final results. Definitely recommend and I already can’t wait to go back 🥰
